ALIEN BUSINESS ACT

Alien Business Act is also known as
Foreign Business Law of Thailand.
It governs the conduct of business of foreigners in Thailand. This Act prohibits foreigners from certain business activities, and also designates special conditions for certain business activities. Included herein this Second Edition are new Ministerial Regulations and Notifications issued
during 1999-2004.
